By accessing or using Sales That Close (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the service

You may use the marketplace to browse opportunities and unlock application details for your own professional use. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep any unlocked application links and community content confidential, and not to misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its listings without permission.

Payments and refunds

Opportunity access is a one-time payment of $25 USD that grants access to the application details for the selected opportunity, the 5 Shifts to Get Known resource, and the community where new opportunities are posted weekly. Because access is delivered immediately and digitally, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing by us.

Opportunities and results

We curate opportunities to the best of our ability and verify that each listing has a real contact route and an open deadline before it is posted. However, opportunities are owned and managed by third parties, and we do not guarantee placement, selection, booking, compensation, or any outcome from an application you submit. Listing details — including deadlines, fees, and requirements — may change at the source without notice.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on the Service are the property of Sales That Close or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales That Close is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party opportunity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
